All such students as well as their parents and guardians are hereby informed. The senate of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto has approved Oct. 20th, 2014 for the resumption of new students, this was a resolution of the senate on the 30th Sept., 2014. The deputy dean of students Dr. Aliyu Gobir made this known to campus journalists during an interview session. He further explained that the returning students will resume on Nov. 3rd. He also confirmed that there would be no post UTME test for new students, while plans are on the way to refund the money of applicants who have registered but not eventually admitted, upon presentation of an evidence of payment. Meanwhile Danfodites will have to undergo Ebola screening tests during the registration.
